About the Role

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant at Catalyst, you’ll lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery for our clients, owning the relationship from discovery through to execution. You’ll be the trusted advisor - translating business challenges into well-designed Salesforce solutions that actually get used.


You’ll work closely with clients, architects, developers, and delivery leads to shape solutions that align with business strategy, Salesforce best practice, and real-world constraints.


This is a hands-on consulting role suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, accountability, and delivering high-quality outcomes without layers of bureaucracy.


What You’ll Be Doing

Lead Discovery & Design Workshops
  • Facilitate client workshops to uncover requirements, understand business objectives, and define clear solution designs.


Bridge Business and Technology
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, ensuring alignment between clients and delivery teams


Own Delivery Outcomes
  • Partner with Project Managers, Consultants, and Developers to deliver Salesforce solutions on time, on budget, and to a high standard


Contribute to Solution Design
  • Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects to shape scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions


Manage Stakeholders with Confidence
  • Run solution reviews, manage expectations, navigate trade-offs, and handle escalations with senior client stakeholders


Champion Salesforce Best Practice
  • Guide clients on platform capabilities, best practices, and pragmatic design decisions that balance value and complexity


Support Pre-Sales & Growth
  • Contribute to solution shaping, scoping, and estimates for new opportunities alongside our sales and leadership team

About You

Proven Salesforce Consulting Experience
  • You’ve successfully delivered Salesforce projects in a consulting environment and understand the full delivery lifecycle.


Client-First, Commercial Mindset
  • You build trusted relationships, communicate clearly, and are comfortable advising senior stakeholders.


Strong Salesforce Platform Expertise
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and a solid understanding of how to design solutions that work in practice.


Strategic & Outcome-Driven
  • You think beyond requirements, advocate for best practice, and help set standards for high-quality delivery


Melbourne or Sydney with Australian rights to work.


Salesforce Certifications (Preferred)

  • Salesforce Administrator

  • Platform App Builder

  • Sales Cloud Consultant

  • Service Cloud Consultant

  • Experience Cloud Consultant
